World Largest Delta 4 rocket was lift of from California’s West Cost Airbase on Thursday.
The big booster, which stands nearly 24 stories tall (71 meters), was successfully lift off from Space Launch Complex-6 at 1:10 p.m on Thursday. Prepared for a secret mission, the world’s largest defense satellite which was built by the Lockheed Martin and Boeing Company is carrying highly confidential material.
United Liftoff Association (ULA) spokesman Michael J. Rain made an explanation about the largest Delta IV. He said that they were set the time 2 minutes before to prevent any object crash to the rocket. J. Rain said they sent rocked successfully to the space.
