According to “Here”, the ex-Miss France would have a very specific reason for having asked for the divorce.
Laury Thilleman and Juan Arbelaez, it’s over. “After seven years of intense happiness and a life together at a mile an hour, Juan and I decide to continue our roads separately”, she wrote on May 17 on Instagram. Everything suggests, however, that they remained on good terms. Indeed, Miss France 2011 concluded her sad announcement with a beautiful sentence: “Juan has brightened up my life with a thousand colors and will always have a special place in my heart.”

But what happened between the ex-beauty queen and the “Top Chef” candidate? According to “Here”, Laury Thilleman would have undertaken the break. The magazine wrote that the 30-year-old Frenchwoman’s flame would have gone out first. “She needed independence,” we read. As for the Colombian cook, “he would have always been very involved in the relationship”.
“Over time, Laury couldn’t stand it always being behind her back. She wanted to fly on her own and move on, ”said the media. The couple had been together since December 2015 and got married in Brest (F) on December 21, 2019.
