In Turkish Parliament already was a fight against the planned reform, now the Turkish Prime Minister Erdogan wants to rebuild the justice system in his country. The opposition is running because of storm – with success. The design should be improved.

For months, Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan annoyed around with a justice and corruption scandal of enormous proportions. Now he has to postpone the planned response radical restructuring of the Turkish judicial system.

Reason may be, according to media reports, the European Union (EU) and objections of President Abdullah Gül. This had signed after a meeting with Gul, Erdogan on Thursday, several newspapers reported on Friday unanimously.

Thus, the time allotted for Friday final vote should be postponed on the reform in order to create time for repairs. Critics accuse Erdogan before he wanted to reform seize control of the judiciary itself.

When it comes to reform the so-called High Council of Judges and Prosecutors, who is responsible for the appointment and replacement of judges and prosecutors. The bill provides greater weight of the Justice Department before in the body.

Erdogan’s government had initiated the reform as a response to the recent corruption scandal. It argues that anti-government forces in the judiciary have corruption investigation used as a political weapon against Erdogan. In the corruption scandal is about alleged bribes to an Iranian businessman ex-Minister of the Erdogan government. Thousands of police officers, judges and prosecutors have been forcibly transferred in December since uncovering the affair.
