Turkey advances in CEV Volleyball European Championship

Turkey advanced to the Round of 16 at the 2019 Men’s CEV Volleyball European Championship despite losing against Finland on Wednesday.

Finland beat Turkey 3-2 in the Slovenian capital, Ljubljana, in the last match of Pool C.

The tournament is being co-hosted by France, Belgium, Slovenia and the Netherlands.

Turkey was grouped in Pool C with Belarus, Russia, Finland, North Macedonia and hosts Slovenia.
