Thanksgiving in the United States is traditionally the day of the big turkey dinner. A problem for singer Ariana Grande: The 21-year-old confused her family on a vegan lifestyle.
Thanksgiving is a tough day for American singer Ariana Grande. “All I want to eat turkey and all the time crying,” says the vegan. For about over a year it waived entirely on animal products which still created confusion with her family. “Everybody is upset, especially my grandmother.” This was proud of her Italian heritage and still wonder if her granddaughter did not want to try mozzarella or “prosciutto” (ham), says the 21-year-old.
Grande is currently very successful. Just recently she was awarded at the MTV Europe Music Awards as the best artist. The singer was allowed to take a second prize to take home the same yet: Hit your “problem” was voted the best song.
The Thanksgiving Thanksgiving, which is celebrated on the fourth Thursday in November in the US is almost as important holiday like Christmas. It commemorates the first crop of immigrants to New England in 1621, has since 1863 an official holiday. Many Americans take long trips in purchase to sit with family and friends in turkey, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, sweet potatoes and pumpkin pie. Which court will eat Grande Thanksgiving, the singer did not betray.
