Discrepancies between the announcements of Hatay Governship about the video of Ziya T. whose confession of Sarai Sierra’s murder was alleged and the incidents

The video taken after the arrest of Laz Ziya and his speech is below;

– Why did the person who wanted to have a pocket money by selling his coat threw the phone to sea instead of selling it by removing the sim card?

– Or did anoybody tell him that he might be arrested through the signals even though he threw the sim card?

– How did his phone gave signals in January, 31st if he threw the phone to sea immediately?

-Why had Laz Ziya been walking with a tablet for 3 days after he threw the phone to sea if his statement of throwing the phone to sea is correct?

– What did Laz Ziya do in Hatay for 7 days if the police (arriving Hatay in February,9th) found that he entered to Syria in February,16th?

-Who was the person announcing as an army friend of Laz Ziya and if any, who were the other people helped him?

– Did Turkish Security Forces really arrest Laz Ziya when the Governship announced “He was arrested in Reyhanlı” or was he arrested by FBI, CIA or Free Syria Army?

– Where is the place Laz Ziya made his first speech? Is it on the borders of Syria or of Turkey?

– There is a drop of blood on the Laz Ziya’s cloth even the incident happened 1.5 months ago. Is Laz Ziya still wearing the same clothes for 1,5 months?

– How did Laz Ziya explained his way to Syria as being a paper collecter living within the city walls of Istanbul?

-Was there any attempted rape by Laz Ziya to Sarai Sierra or was it only an attempt of kissing (as Laz Ziya said)?

– Beside this, isn’t it really interesting to say “she confronted me, I did not confronted her”?

– He said that “I did not remember the incident, I used thinner” and he remembers the time of incident almost ezactly! Yet he firstly said 9 days and 10 days!

– What does (and did) he do within that district while everybody was investigating Sarai Sierra?

– Is the claim of his wounding during the conflict correct?

– He firstly stated “I am arrested today!” and then, “I give myself over to the police.” !

– Why did not he escape from Istanbul before the corpse was found?

– Is there any finding about his former consumptions of thinner?

– During the statement, he says “I did not know that she was American, I thought that she was a Turkish woman.” …

– He firstly said “I was using thinner excessively” and then he said, “I was drinking” Did he consumed thinner or alcohol?

– Will the details about the identity of Taylan K. (who was arrested of his own accord in the first day and confessed the relation one night before with Sarai Sierra) and his place during the incident remain as secret?

– In which bar Taylan K. and Sarai Sierra met one night before?

– What were the findings and details causing FBI stated that it was not an ordinary murder?

– Will the mail and the writings be announced by FBI? The advocate of Taylan K. stated that they will be announced one day.

Ziya T.’s deposition:

” I am…The woman confronted me, I did not. Because I was drinking there and it was one…or one and a half o’clock (!).

I consumed approximately 1.5 can of thinner (volatile substance) and she came there at that moment.

I did not realize that she was an American or a tourist, I thought that she was an ordinary Turkish citizen.

News were published after this case for sure. It was said that; “American woman is lost, it is not certain where she is…”

And I stayed on the border of Istanbul since the dead body was found. After that I went to Karabuk and through Karabuk, I entered Syria.”

I was just like I lost myself.

I am not quite so sure that how was the incident happened.

I used too much thinner. I drank (?!) excessively.

I do not remember how it happened. When I went there on Monday…

I guess I hit her head with a heavy object and when I arrived there on Monday, she was dead.

I covered her body. I was there for 9 days and in the 10. Day
When the police found the corpse, I had to escape to Syria and now I am arrested and I give myself over to the police. ”
