Russian Defense Ministry Spokesperson Igor Konashenkov stated that almost all of the Ukrainian air elements were destroyed by the Russian army, while he claimed that biological weapons were developed in Ukraine with US funds.
Russian Defense Ministry Spokesperson Igor Konashenkov shared the latest information regarding Russia’s operations in Ukraine. Konashenkov stated that the advance of the Luhansk and Donetsk militias continues with the support of the Russian troops.
Noting that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation attacked Ukraine’s military infrastructure, Konashenkov said, “On March 6, high-precision long-range weapons disabled the Vinnitsya airspace of the Ukrainian Air Force. Fighters and air defense systems of the Russian Air and Space Forces shot down 3 more Ukrainian Su-27 fighters and 3 more unmanned aerial vehicles. Yesterday and today, the Ukrainian Air Force lost 11 fighter jets and 2 helicopters. “Almost all the combat-capable air elements of the Kyiv regime were destroyed,” he said.
Talking about the movements of Ukrainian warplanes to Romania and other neighboring countries, Konashenkov said, “We also know with certainty the Ukrainian warplanes that previously flew to Romania and other border countries.” Saying that these countries will be responsible for possible attacks by Ukrainian planes taking off from their own bases, Konashenkov said, “Remember that it is acceptable for these states to be involved in an armed conflict.”
Claiming that biological weapons were developed in Ukraine with US funds, Konashenkov said:
- The fact that the traces of a military biological program implemented in Ukraine, funded by the US Department of Defense, was urgently cleared by the Kyiv regime has been revealed. Obviously, with the start of a special military operation, the Pentagon had serious concerns about revealing that secret biological experiments were being conducted on Ukrainian soil.
- Now the documents are analyzed by Russian experts from the radiation, chemical and biological protection associations. The received documents confirm that the development of biological weapons components was carried out in Ukrainian biolaboratories located close to the territory of Russia. In the near future, we will present the results of the analysis of the received documents.
