Yazoo City, Mississippi – Rescue workers and volunteers are pouring into Yazoo City as tornado devastates towns, as homes are destroyed cars are flung into the air like toys and trees break from there roots.
Ten people are currently known to be killed because of the tornado, which was confirmed to be an F3 size and had a base of 1-mile across.
Relief efforts have started and recovery work with homes crushed under tree’s and other forms of debris.
The tornado which devastated Yazoo City in west-central Mississippi on Saturday was also captured on video by tornado hunters which showed the natural phenomena with it’s full horror.
The tornado was so wide that the camera man found it difficult to fit the mile long twister into the frame of the camera.
People who lived through the tornado say the noise was absolutely deafening, one women even said how her homes windows exploded while she was sheltering with her hands in her ears.
The damage caused by the F3 twister is estimated to reach tens of millions of dollars.
