It has been reported that North Korea, which reacted with successive missile tests, launched a long-range missile, which is thought to be ballistic, today.
North Korea conducted a long-range ballistic missile test today, the South Korean military said in a statement. The Japanese government also announced that the missile is estimated to be ballistic.
It has been reported that North Korea’s missile test on 16 March, which has been reacting to the international public opinion with successive missile tests in the recent period, failed. North Korea’s last confirmed ballistic missile test took place in 2017.
Pyongyang has conducted more than 10 missile tests this year. North Korean leader Kim Jong-un announced earlier this month that they would send reconnaissance satellites to spy on the United States and its allies.
