She’s the Carrie Bradshaw of Westeros ! lovely Natalie Dormer talks everything about Game of Thrones in Late Night with Seth Meyers.
Natalie Dormer famously plays Margaery Tyrell in Game Of Thrones a very caring, kind soul but Natalie showed off her feisty and fierce side on Late Night with Seth Myers, on Tuesday.
The 32-year-old British star seemed proud of her shorn hairdo as she strolled into the studio in a very daring, revealing black Sandro dress.
With one side of her hair shaved off, and lashings of striking dark make-up, the beautiful actress gushed about her time filming The Hunger Games with ‘big guy’ Liam Hemsworth.
She said: [It was a struggle] keeping up with the likes of Liam Hemsworth – he’s a big guy holding the gun with his little finger while I’m running behind.’
The star, who has been engaged to Irish director Anthony Byrne since 2011, began filming for her latest movie role this year – and shaved the side of her head for the role.
After asking if host Seth wanted to stroke her shorn side, the star revealed the filming had helped her train for the London Marathon – which she ran just two weeks ago.
Natalie said: ‘With The Hunger Games there is so much running around – I’m carrying a gun and wearing big heavy army boots – so because it’s quite physical it helped me with the training for the marathon. I got fit.’
The actress added: ‘First marathon – absolutely incredible, I might’ve caught the bug. I’m thinking about my next one…’
Then it was back to talk of epic TV show Game Of Thrones – which seems to have captured the attention, and hearts, of millions of people around the world.
Seth, a huge fan of the books, enquired if Natalie had read the GOT books; the star squirmed in her seat and played with her hand – suggesting she hadn’t.
But she added: ‘Talking of the purple wedding – It’s cut together so well. It was really fun to shoot and we all got to be together which is nice. We never get to do that [be together] so a lot of scrabble was played, on iPads.
‘All us girls are sitting there with our skirts up around our necks playing scrabble – it’s very glamorous.’
