Rapper MoneySign Suede stabbed to death in prison shower
Rapper MoneySign Suede, 22, was stabbed to death in a California jail shower. This was announced by the American authorities and his lawyer.
Jaime Valdez, as the musician was called, was found on Tuesday shortly before 10 p.m. in the shower area of the prison near the 25,000-inhabitant city of Soledad, according to the prison authorities. Previously, he was missing from a count of inmates.
Despite medical first aid, he then died in a medical facility in prison. Authorities did not provide any details about his injuries. However, she said the incident was being investigated as a murder.

“They said it was a stab in the neck,” the rapper’s attorney, Nicholas Rosenberg, told the Los Angeles Times. “People are shocked. He was a popular guy,” the lawyer continued. The rapper had already been attacked in prison in the past.
Valdez signed to Atlantic Records in 2021 and released his latest album, Parkside Baby, last September, the newspaper reported. The rapper has more than 200,000 followers on Instagram.
The prison near Soledad houses more than 4,000 low- and medium-security inmates. Valdez was sentenced to two years and eight months for gun possession.
His companions said goodbye to their rapper boyfriend on Instagram. Hip-hop artist Fenix Flexin, 27, wrote: “I fucking love you bro. Life is not fair. I’m beyond broken Rest in peace.”
Valdez’s family thanked the late rapper for the condolences on the late rapper’s Instagram. At the same time, she warned fans: “We have not set up a donation page on Gofundme, do not fall for scammers.”
