Mick Schumacher shares couple photo with model girlfriend
In August, Mick Schumacher made his relationship with Danish model Laila Hasanovic public. Now the two shared insights into their young love.
In recent years, racing driver Mick Schumacher has largely kept his romances out of the public eye – things are apparently different with his new partner.
In the summer, the son of Formula 1 legend Michael Schumacher announced that he loves the Danish model Laila Hasanovic. The 24-year-old is careful with photos together, but has now shared a couple photo.
Mick Schumacher published a picture on Instagram in which he and Laila Hasanovic posed in front of a rhino. He has his girlfriend in his arms and is wearing a casual outfit consisting of black pants and a black shirt; she has combined a stylish fishing hat with short denim shorts and a black top. Both beam happily. “When you are in Australia,” wrote Mick Schumacher.
The couple seems to be enjoying a carefree time in Australia. Laila Hasanovic also shared some insights into her couple’s vacation: Among other things, she cuddled with exotic animals such as a koala or a turtle or fed a giraffe, and Mick Schumacher even had a snake put around his shoulders.
“I am really happy”
It was only in August that Mick Schumacher made it clear on RTL that he had strong feelings for his partner. “I’m really happy,” he said at the time and emphasized that he didn’t want to hide his new love.
Mick Schumacher is one of the two children of Michael Schumacher and his wife Corinna. The two also have their daughter Gina-Maria. In 2013, the family had to cope with a severe blow of fate: Michael Schumacher had a serious skiing accident and has never been seen in public since. Not much is known about his current health status.
