The NBA confirmed on Tuesday night that Heat shooting guard Wade has been sidelined for this year’s All-Star game tipping off on Saturday at Madison Square Garden in New York.

Thirty-four-year-old Korver has been playing with a 12.9 point and 4.3 rebound averages this season. The Hawks’ three-point specialist has been shooting 52.8 percent three points and 92 percent free throw accuracy.

In addition to Paul Millsap, Al Horford and Jeff Teague, Korver is the fourth Hawks player to play in the 2015 NBA All-Star game.
