New York Police Department stated a shipment containing 18 kilograms of cocaine has been seized at the U.N.’s mail intake center.

New York / NationalTurk – The misterious shipment of 18 kg of cocaine from Mexico to the UN headquarters in New York without specifying a sender or addressee remains as a big question here. The drug was in a white bag that raised suspicions because it was stamped with what looked like a poorly concocted version of the U.N. logo. The bag with cocoaine is reportedly from central South America.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced Saturday a joint probe between the governments of Mexico and the United States to throw light on the singular cargo received January 16th in the UN through international mail cargo service.

Camouflaged as 14 books, the security intercepted both suspicious packages with turned out to contain drug worth some two million USD.

”This was the work of narcotic traffickers that were trying to ship something into the U.S. and I think their plan must have gone wrong,” one UN official said trying to hide his smile.

Mexico and USA support eachother against fight with drug cartels and trafficking but in the meantime both officers at borders help drug dealers as well.
