Justifying the proposed job swap designed to ensure return of Vladimir Putin to the Kremlin next year, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev called on Sunday for an establishment of an inclusive government, which will cooperate with the ruling party and public representatives.
Medvedev asserted that this expanded government will cooperate with the ruling party and public representatives.
“This government will act in cooperation with United Russia’s civil society, experts, regional and municipal administrators and with all supporters who are ready to vote for us,” he said.
Medvedev justified the proposed ‘job swap’ designed to ensure return of Vladimir Putin to the Kremlin next year.
“This arrangement is not a return to the past but it’s a way to solve the tasks that stand before us,” he added.
The Russian President is expected to take on the post of Prime Minister after ceding the Kremlin to Putin.
