Former England football player Bill Foulkes is dead The Manchester United legend taught in England opposing striker fear, with his club, he won championships and the European Cup of Champions. In 1958 he was one of the survivors of the plane crash in Munich.
There are only three players who completed more games for Manchester United as Bill Foulkes: Paul Scholes, Ryan Giggs and his former team-mate Sir Bobby Charlton.
688 times Foulkes wore the shirt of the “Red Devils” he was for many years captain and won the English championship four times, FA Cup and also the 1968 European Champion Clubs’ Cup with a 4-1 after extra time against Benfica.
