US wait expectantly for a conference that is taking place in Paris, France, attended by the alleged friends of USA, while UK will delivers funds to Libya’s Transitional Council. Paris will host the summit on the future of Libya, as Russia, Brazil and India also attend session on Libya in Paris.

Spokespersons of the rebels noted that clashes are taking place in Tripoli and other areas away from the capitol city between the opposition and forces sill loyal to Muammar Gaddafi, who is reportedly to be in the city of Bani Walid. Apart from the political decisions, analysts point out that the conference in Paris aims at setting the economic profit quotas in the oil, construction and industry sectors from the debts and commitments assumed by CNT. Turkey Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu has stated that Turkey has not arrived at a final decision regarding the level of attendance at the Libya Contact Group meeting in France, scheduled for Sept. 1, while at the same time adding that any meeting on Libya is a “matter of concern” for Turkey.
