Jake Abraham dies at 56
Actor Jake Abraham, known for his role in British director Guy Ritchie's movie "Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels", has passed away.
The Liverpool-born actor’s other roles included the Channel 4 series “GBH”, the series and films “Mean Machine” and “Formula 51”.
Theater director and producer Bill Elms, who has worked with Abraham on a variety of projects, told the Liverpool Echo: “I have had the pleasure of working with Jake on a number of productions that I have co-produced, including ‘Twopence to Cross the Mersey’ and ‘Lennon’s Banjo’. “He was a great actor and well-liked by many in the industry.”
“He will be greatly missed. I have so many good memories of Jake; he was always so cheerful and fun to be around. “I admire him for going public about his illness, it will make a difference for so many people and save lives.” said.
