A MISSILE WAS FIRED ON OCTOBER 10
The Israeli army announced on October 10 that a series of artillery shells were fired into the country’s territory from its neighbor to the north, Syria. In the statement, it was noted that some of the artillery shells reached Israeli territory and fell in open areas.
According to Reuters, a person in Southern Syria said that these shells were fired by a Palestinian group. According to the source, the group fired three cannons.
The army later said in a statement that soldiers responded to the launch point in Syria with artillery bombardment and mortar fire.
The army, which did not provide detailed information, did not report any damage or injuries.
