It has been reported that a German Billionaire, choked to death while eating steak at his own restaurant.
The billionaire businessman who owns a luxury hotel chain in Germany after a steak which Dieter Bock, was eating clogged up in his throat.
The incident occurred at the Atlantic Hotel in Hamburg where Bock was dining. The five star hotel was also used in the famous James Bond movie, Tomorrow Never Dies, staring Pierce Brosnan in 1997.
According to an eyewitness the hotelier had felt ill earlier in the Atlantic Hotels restaurant and went back to his suite. He then asked for a meal to be brought to his room which is when it is thought that he choked.
A hotel personal found Bock the next day.
Bock, who was very rarely seen in public, owned a string of famous hotels in Germany including Taschenbergpalais in Dresden, the Gravenbuch in Frankfurt and the Bristol in Berlin.
The Atlantic Hotel which has a reported 250 rooms has also hosted a number of stars including Placido Domingo, Andre Agassi and Arnold Schwarzenegger.
