A second incident of a fan running into the field during a baseball game has occurred during a Philadelphia Phillies game, but this time the incident was put under control without the use of a Taser gun.

Philadelphia is a city known for it’s love, but that ends during competitive games, especially basketball, hockey and baseball.

The second fan incident in two days which occurred on Tuesday had the fans going whiled like the incident which occurred on Monday where a 17-year-old jumped onto the field and ran round in circles.
The high school senior, Steve Consalvi ran round in circles in the field while grounds staff and a police officer chased.
The teenager was apprehended within a few seconds when the police officer used his tazer gun on the unarmed young man while the sheers of the fans around the stadium turned into boo’s.
The second incident which occurred on Tuesday however ended without any Tasers or due force involved. The fan gave himself up after running round a little.
Consalvi’s mother, had apologised on Tuesday for the disruption her son’s actions had caused while father Wayne Consalvi admitted that his son had called him prior to the stunt and told him what he was going to do. The father said not to do it. I guess that’s what you get for disobeying you parents.
The incident which occurred on Monday has opened debates within the Philadelphia police department into whether members of the police department should be field in such incidents where fans who run onto the field and show no threat to the players and them selves should be apprehended in such a way.
According to Police commissioner Charles Ramsey who said he has examined the video, the police officer in question, had acted under the guidelines which allows officers to use Tasers on fleeing suspects.
The teenager arrested on Tuesday has been charged with defiant trespass, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
I think that the kid should sue for hundreds of millions…..THERE WAS NO JUST CAUSE TO SHOOT. The officer was in no imminent danger, the teen obviously was no threat to anyone, and on top of that if that cop was SCARED of a teenager with a towel he might want to get a desk job? this won’t get approved but at least the PD will know how stupid that cop was and maybe try not to KILL a kid for having 15 minutes of fame!! Bunch of cowards you are!!!!
