A failed demolition of a 22 floor building in the city of Liuzhou in southern China almost ended in disaster.
The failed attempt of the demolition in China on 30th December saw half of the building crashing to the side and the other side standing upright but leaning towards the side.
The demolition failed due to technical reasons, the China Daily reported.
Experts had intended the building to break into two parts and then demolish on the spot as what usually happens with large buildings being demolished.
Though the first part of the demolition worked well the later stages had obviously gone wrong.
