Ethics Council wants to analyze new video in which Gabriel Monteiro kisses and caresses a minor
Another video of councilor Gabriel Monteiro (PL) published on social media should be targeted by the City Council’s Ethics Council, which accepted a complaint against the parliamentarian in a representation that is being processed in the House.
In the video, Gabriel Monteiro kisses the neck of a minor, tickles and caresses the child. According to the parliamentarian, the girl was 10 years old.
“There are indications of an abusive relationship with a person in a vulnerable situation, who reveals himself to be embarrassed. This also needs to be properly investigated”, said Chico Alencar (Psol), a member of the Ethics Council.
The images had already been published on Gabriel Monteiro’s own social network in November last year.
In the video, Gabriel Monteiro addresses a girl and a mother who would be homeless people. They say the girl couldn’t go to school because she had lice and is taken to a beauty salon.
g1 has contacted Gabriel’s defense about the new video, but has yet to receive a response.
The caresses take place while the young woman has her hair washed in a beauty salon.
Aides to the councilor say that the videos posted on his social network were forged. In a recording shown by Fantastic, he induces a child to answer what he wanted.
Last week, Gabriel Monteiro was the target of an operation by the Civil Police that aims to disclose an intimate video in which he appears with a 15-year-old girl.
To the police, Gabriel Monteiro said he did not know she was a minor. His aides denied the claim. The police themselves concluded that he knew the young woman was under 18.
