Dominican President Visits Guatemala, Brazil

Dominican President Leonel Fernandez will begin a six-day official tour of Guatemala and Brazil on Tuesday, accompanied by Foreign Minister Carlos Morales.

The delegation is also comprised of Minister of Economy, Planning and Development Temistocles Montas, and the President press director, Rafael Nuñez, among others.

In Guatemala, the Dominican statesman will meet with President Alvaro Colom to discuss bilateral and regional issues.

In Brazil, Fernandez will attend the World Economic Forum on Latin America, to be held April 27-29 in Rio de Janeiro.
