Cuba reaches more than 35 million doses administered against COVID-19

At the close of February 28, 35,001,661 doses administered with the Cuban Sovereign 02, Sovereign Plus and Abdala vaccines have accumulated in the country.

To date, 10,609,335 people have received at least one dose of one of the Cuban vaccines Soberana 02, Soberana Plus and Abdala (those vaccinated with Soberana Plus as a single dose are included in the first dose). Of these, 9,375,127 people already have a second dose and 9,053,616 people have a third dose.

9,882,394 people have a complete vaccination schedule, which represents 89.2% of the Cuban population.

A total of 5,963,173 people have received booster doses, of which 280,708 as part of the Clinical Study and 5,682,465 as part of the booster vaccination that is being applied to the population of selected territories and risk groups.
