Claim in Turkey! “They slaughtered gazelles and fed them to bureaucrats”

It was claimed that the gazelles kept under protection in Şanlıurfa Ceylanpınar Agricultural Enterprise were slaughtered and served to bureaucrats.

The allegation that gazelles kept under protection in Şanlıurfa Ceylanpınar Agricultural Enterprise affiliated to the General Directorate of Agricultural Enterprises (TİGEM) were slaughtered and served to high-level visitors and bureaucrats, was brought to the Parliament.

Regarding the issue, CHP Istanbul Deputy Mahmut Tanal submitted a written question asking the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Vahit Kirişçi to answer. Asking how many gazelles are in the farm, Tanal asked Minister Kirişçi to answer the following questions in his parliamentary question regarding the claim that some of the gazelles under protection in Ceylanpınar Agricultural Enterprises were slaughtered and offered to the visitors:

– Considering the data between 2002 and 2022, how many gazelles are slaughtered annually in TİGEM Ceylanpınar Agricultural Enterprise? Are gazelles slaughtered in official records? If it is passed, is the information of the slaughtered gazelles in the official records as slaughter or as lost or lost? What is the meat of gazelles slaughtered in the enterprise?

– Is there a legal basis for slaughtering gazelles taken under protection in Ceylanpınar Agricultural Enterprise, which is affiliated to the General Directorate of Agricultural Enterprises of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry? For which level of guests, officials, bureaucrats, gazelles are slaughtered and served?
