Man was seriously injured in a blast near Jacobabad railway station in southern Sindh on Wednesday.

According to Railway officials, while Karachi-bound Khush Hal Khan Khatak train was on the run, some outlaws exploded the railway track with a planted explosive near Jacobabad.

The driver received serious injuries in the blast. He has been admitted to the hospital.
All the passengers were reported to be safe.

The train services on the route are adversely affected and thousands of passengers are stranded at various railway stations.
