Belgian royals share new photo of Princess Eléonore

The youngest daughter of King Philippe and Queen Mathilde is celebrating her birthday. For the occasion, the palace publishes a photo of Princess Eléonore showing her with a particularly sweet companion.

This Easter weekend there are two reasons to celebrate in the Belgian royal family. After King Philippe celebrated his 62nd birthday on Good Friday, he celebrates his youngest daughter this Saturday: Princess Eléonore turns 14.

To mark the occasion, the Belgian palace released a new photo of the royal baby, which was also shared on the official Instagram account. It becomes clear: the little princess has become a real teenager.

Eléonore poses for the photo in front of Laeken Castle, the residence of the Belgian royal family. She is wearing a black tank top over a white shirt, which she has combined with light blue jeans. Her blonde hair blows in the wind, the 14-year-old smiles at the camera.

“What a magical motif”

But Eléonore isn’t the only thing that inspires enthusiasm, her sweet companions also enchant the fans. The teenager holds two of the royal family dogs in his arms. In addition to numerous birthday wishes, there are also a lot of enthusiastic comments under the post. “So cute, you three” or “What a magical motif” are just a few of them.

Princess Elénore is the youngest child of Queen Mathilde and King Philippe of Belgium. The royal couple, who have been married since 1999, have three other children: 18-year-old Gabriel, his brother Emmanuel, who is two years his junior, and Crown Princess Elisabeth, who at 20 is the eldest of the siblings.
