Democracy of Robert Enke Suicide
The suicides of Prof Dicle Koğacıoğlu and goalkeeper Robert Enke are both very distressing news but with the bodies being berried the deaths come as a very important message to all of us.
The Robert Enke suicide in particular broke hearts all over the world and a big fair-well memorial was organised at the Hannover stadium where Robert Enke played club football.
But we can’t take the message, we do not understand, we will reject it.
Please do not make the possible German Turkish comparison and become a chauvinist
People are loosing their lives for the sake of explaining to us what should or should not be.
Is there a bigger price to pay then this… to die to send a message across.
How many of us would consent with such sacrifice to die.
Please do not thing this will never happen to us. It’s always from you or us that these tragedies come from but where we and where are you.
Sending a message via death needs courage…
It needs a little more balls.
How many of us would hit the stand beneath our feat with belief of dieing.
And by saying ”may my people live long ”
How many of us would go to a bridge or stand infront of a train because society misinterpreted us.
The problem is not the media showing something that is untrue as true.
Do you know what are problem is?
Our problem is; making antics of democracy.
In sports,
Politics,
Artistry,
In our daily lives,
In our family lives,
When we love,
When we speak,
When we argue,
Against our elders,
Against children,
As long as the antics are successful, both humanity and democracy will be damaged.
We don’t have to wait long…
Just look into a mirror, turn your head and look at the world and see.
See, and let save our selves from these antics.
See, and lets like each other and humanity
