Turkey Earthquake Miracle : Girl rescued after 91 hours
A 19 year old girl was pulled alive by rescuers from the debris of a collapsed building in Ercis four days after a 7.2 magnitude earthquake hit eastern Turkeya and left the town on the northern shores of Lake Van devastated.
Television footage on Thursday showed rescue workers saving the young woman who looked exhausted. She is the first to be pulled out alive since rescuers evacuated an university student and two teachers on Wednesday after 68 hours.
Rain and snow began to pour in the area. The condition of the quake survivors compounds difficulties for the thousands rendered homeless in the earthquake that killed at least 481 people and collapsed over 2,200 buildings, many of them in Ercis, the worts hit town in the earthquake.

Turkish authorities are delivering more tents Thursday and admit initial problems occurred during aid distributing. Local residents loot aid trucks. Disturbing reports claim stolen tents are being sold in the nearby villages to those in dire need.
