Health Minister Fahrettin Koca announced that 4 people lost their lives in İzmir.
Making a statement on his Twitter account, Koca said, “Unfortunately, 4 of our citizens lost their lives in the earthquake in Izmir. A total of 120 citizens were affected by the earthquake. Our 38 ambulances, 35 UMKE team and 2 ambulance helicopters are at the scene. We stand by the people of Izmir with all our support. Thank you, “he said.
Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency (AFAD) announced that 4 people lost their lives and at least 120 people were injured in the 6.6 magnitude earthquake in İzmir.
Many buildings were destroyed in the earthquake. Efforts to rescue citizens under the wreckage continue.
