“007” star Ben Whishaw: Marriage over after ten years

Marriage off with “James Bond” star Ben Whishaw and his husband Mark Bradshaw: According to the report, the British actor has separated from the Australian composer after ten years together.

According to a media report, actor Ben Whishaw and his husband Mark Bradshaw are going their separate ways. The British tabloid “Daily Mail” claims to have learned that the 41-year-old, who is famous for his role in “James Bond”, among other things, has separated from his 39-year-old husband after ten years due to time-consuming travel and work plans.

The current ex-partners met in 2009 on the set of the film “Bright Star”. Whishaw played poet John Keats in it, and Bradshaw wrote the drama’s soundtrack. They have been in a registered partnership since 2012. And although both are now meeting other partners, according to the report, they should still live together in their house in London.

Well known through “James Bond” and “Perfume”

Stage and theater actor Whishaw rose to international fame for his portrayal of tech genius Q in ‘Skyfall’ opposite Daniel Craig as 007. He has played the role since 2012 and was last seen in the 2021 Bond film “No Time to Die”.

In Germany, Whishaw was previously known for the leading role in Tom Tykwer’s 2006 film adaptation of the Süskind novel “Perfume – The Story of a Murderer”.

Whishaw was also seen in 2020 in seven episodes of the series “Fargo” or in “Mary Poppins Return” from 2018. In 2015 he played in “Im Herzen der See” and “The Danish Girl”.
