Rooney shock: Wayne Rooney agrees with Jose Mourinho for Real Madrid after the 24-year-old rejects a new Manchester United contract.

Manchester United forward Wayne Rooney has reportedly agreed to transfer to Jose Mourinho ’s Real Madrid during the summer after the England International refused to sign an extension on his contract which will end in the 2011-2012 season according to the website of former football manager Hurser Tekinoktay.

According to Tekinoktay’s website www.hursertekinoktay.com.tr/en, the 24-year-old England international had spoke with Jose Mourinho and agreed to play at Real Madrid during the summer when he had refused to sign a new contract.

Hurser Tekinoktay was known as one of the first people to inform the world media that Jose Mourinho was on his way to Inter Milan after his contract was terminated from Chelsea.

Through his website http://www.hursertekinoktay.com in September 21, 2007, the former manager even gave details of the French city (Nice) Inter President Massimo Moratti And Jose Mourinho were going to have their meeting for the Portuguese manager to become the head manager of Inter Milan.

The list included Portuguese winger Ricardo Quaresma and Eto’O which the Italian giants transferred.

It has also been reported that members of the Manchester United board who do not want Rooney to leave the club are presently (Thursday 10pm) holding a meeting with Sir Alex Ferguson as a last ditch effort to keep Rooney in Manchester.

Should the board of directors and Sir Alex Ferguson fail to change the mind of Rooney, it is expected for Manchester United to accept Real Madrid’s €55 million bid along with Karim Benzema.
